What are the payment methods available?<\/strong><\/p>

At the moment, we accept all credit and debit cards through Stripe.<\/p>

Our payment channel supports more than 100 currency across the globe. However, our product pricing are shown in only 4 different currencies namely Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Singapore Dollar (SGD), US Dollar (USD) and Euro (EUR).<\/p>

Delivery usually will takes about 2\u00a0to 5 business\u00a0days for West Malaysia,\u00a07 to 15 business days for East Malaysia. For international orders, shipping time will be ranging from 5 to\u00a020 business\u00a0days.\u00a0<\/p>

How much is the shipping fee?<\/strong><\/p>

Shipping Within West Malaysia: RM7 for 1st KG, RM2.50 for subsequent KG.<\/p>

Shipping To East Malaysia: RM16 for 1st KG, RM8.50 for subsequent 0.5KG.<\/p>

International Shipping Starting from RM23 per KG depending on exact location of delivery.\u00a0You may be subject to import duties or taxes when ordering goods from MKB for international deliveries. MKB is not responsible for any charges incurred from customs or duties. For additional information on customs and duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.<\/p>

How do I know if a product is available? Can I pre-order products from you?<\/strong><\/p>

All our products that you can purchase in our website are AVAILABLE\u00a0& READY STOCK. Unless it is specifically mentioned that it\u2019s a PRE-ORDER or GROUP BUY product.<\/p>

My keycaps stem is too tight and do not look the same as the pictures.<\/strong><\/p>

Our artisan keycaps are entirely brand new thus requires some level of “break-in”, push it down harder. Otherwise, blow the stem with your hair dryer on its hottest wind for 30 seconds and push it in immediately. Be delicate when handling the artisan keycaps.<\/p>

Our keycaps are entirely handmade, thus please allow some differences compared to the pictures in store.\u00a0<\/p>

However, rest assured that we have physically inspected every keycaps sent out to be on our quality control level. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>

Are your deskmats waterproof? How is waterproof?<\/strong><\/p>

The deskmats that are indicated to be waterproof in its descriptions are waterproof. Try spilling a cup of water or sprinkled some water on it. The water can be wiped off with a tissue or cloth.<\/p>

Please do not expect the deskmats to remain entirely dry if you pour a bucket of water on it. It is also not Milo-proof or Curry Laksa-proof. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>

Can I commission my own artisan keycaps with MKB?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes you can, send in the design that you wish to commission us for, we will check with our artisans and come back to you on a quotation. However, please note that there will be a minimum level of order required.<\/p>

What is your working hours? I urgently need a solution, what should I do?<\/strong><\/p>

Our official working hours are 12 noon to 10pm, +8 GMT.\u00a0However as queries and requests piled up, we might take some time to get back to you.
